Sylvan Learning Center - Cartersville is giving discounted rates to Foster Parents. Meredith Pitts is the Executive Director of Sylvan Learning Center in Cartersville. She is willing to donate some of her time to help foster children that may need help with tutoring. Sylvan offers many programs to the foster parent community and often these programs can be funded through the county and/or state.
